*These rates apply to regularly enrolled EBI students. Different rates may apply for students not regularly enrolled in the EBI dayschool program.

VACATION CAMPS

Vacation camps are held during fall, holiday, winter and spring breaks. Cost for these camps is not included in the above tuition and will be announced prior to the beginning of each camp. Advance registration and payment are required.

EBI offers several sessions of Enrichment Classes, open to EBI families and the community. Class descriptions and costs will be provided during the school year.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of tuition must accompany the enrollment agreement.

The balance of tuition and fees is payable:

  • In full by July 1, 2011 (provides a $200 tuition discount)

  • In two installments due July 1 and October 1, 2011

  • Monthly, in 10 installments, from July 2011 to April 2012. FACTS Management Company administers this service, which provides automatic deduction from a checking or savings account for tuition, mandatory fees, and extended day care. (Requires a one-time FACTS enrollment fee and $30/month EBI administrative fee.)

ANNUAL GIVING

EBI depends on annual fundraising, including giving by parents, to cover approximately 7 to 10 percent of its operating budget. In order for us to fulfill our financial obligations, EBI must raise an average of $1,250 per student.

All parents are asked to donate to EBI's Annual Fund, and the amount of their gifts varies according to their capacity to give. This voluntary and tax-deductible donation is a central component of the school's financial revenue program, and critical to our ability to provide quality educational programs.

CAPITAL FUND

All EBI families are required to make a one-time, non-refundable contribution of $2000 to the school's Capital Fund at the time of their child's enrollment at EBI. The contribution is per family (not per student) and may be tax-deductible (contact your tax advisor for complete information).

Like tuition, Capital Fund contributions can be made in a single payment, two payments, or monthly through FACTS Tuition Management Company. Note that families receiving financial aid are exempt from the requirement to contribute to the Capital Fund.
