Lisandra is a first generation American born to parents from Mexico and raised in San Francisco. In December of 2007, she will graduate from San Francisco State University with a degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in mathematics and a Bilingual Multiple Subjects teaching credential. For the past five years, she has worked with elementary grade students, facilitating activities, serving as a teacher assistant and coordinating activities with students.
