Students and Educational Programs

Escuela Bilingüe Internacional admits qualified students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, family status, or any other status protected by law to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School.

EBI does not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, tuition assistance programs, athletic and extracurricular activities, or other school-administered programs.

Title IX Compliance

Escuela Bilingüe Internacional complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities. In accordance with Title IX and applicable laws, EBI prohibits sex-based discrimination, including sexual harassment and sexual misconduct, in all of its educational programs and activities.
