Whether through art projects, outdoor games, STEM activities, or collaborative challenges, our Aventura programs help students thrive beyond the classroom. We can’t wait to have your family join us!
Early Care (7:30 a.m. – 8:10 a.m.) After Care (3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
Available for PK–Grade 8 students currently registered for Aventura 3-Day or 5-Day plans.
Families may choose from three after-school options:
Aventura 3-Day Plan
Aventura 5-Day Plan
Aventura Drop-In Option
Teachers plan and lead activities that inspire imagination, exploration, and creativity — extending the joyful learning environment beyond the classroom.

Drop-In Aventura
Need occasional extended care? Our Drop-In Aventura program offers flexible, month-to-month after-school care options.
Purchase Drop-In sessions through UltraCamp.
Monthly Drop-In Calendars are released one week before each month starts.
Returning users: Log into UltraCamp.
New users: Create a New UltraCamp Account.
Tuition Assistance
Families receiving Tuition Assistance (TA) may apply their TA percentage toward:
3-Day or 5-Day Aventura plans (automatically applied)
School-Year (SY) Camps (via discount code)
🔔 Important:
TA does not apply to Enrichment Classes, Movie Nights, Drop-In Aventura, or Summer Camps.
To apply your TA award for SY Camps, please contact the Auxiliary Programs Office.
Financial Policies for Aventura Programs
Aventura tuition is billed separately from regular school tuition.
Families must be enrolled in FACTS for automatic payment management.
Changes to Aventura enrollment are subject to EBI’s Auxiliary Programs policies.
Late pick-up fees apply if students are not picked up by 6:00 p.m.
