Jenny is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Cathedral School for Boys and a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in international and bilingual school settings. She earned her B.A. in International Development Studies and Spanish from UCLA and an M.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College. Jenny spent 18 years in Barcelona, Spain, where she held leadership roles at Aula Escola Europea, an IB World School, and later served as Academic Director at Middlebury Interactive Languages in Granada. She returned to California to join Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (EBI) as Academic Director and Senior Leadership Team member, where she also contributed to school governance through service on the Board’s Nominating Committee.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, Jenny brings a global perspective and commitment to inclusive, community-centered leadership. Inspired by EBI’s mission of bilingual and global education, Jenny continues to champion learning environments where students and educators thrive with a strong sense of belonging. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and making paella for friends and family.
