I’m a native Texan (but really a Californian at heart!) who primarily grew up in Half Moon Bay and attended Amherst College. I bring nearly 20 years of experience in education to EBI's bilingual, international community. My journey from English and music teacher to earning a master's degree in School Psychology from UC Berkeley reflects my commitment to understanding diverse learners and a holistic approach to education.

Through leadership roles at innovative schools including The Nueva School and The Marin School, I've championed inclusive education, academic excellence, and the importance of social-emotional learning. Now in my third year at EBI, I'm passionate about our mission to inspire students to engage with our changing global world while celebrating the multilingual, multicultural strengths they bring to our community.
