Brett Wittman is a Project Executive at Principal Builders, a Bay Area commercial construction firm specializing in interior build-outs for Fortune 1000 clients. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial construction, including prior roles at Sephora and Gap, and specializes in managing complex projects — from ground-up builds to occupied-space remodels — with particular expertise in permitting, lease negotiation, and tenant improvements.

Brett is an EBI parent; his daughter Josie is a first grader, and his partner Nicole is a member of the EBIPA Leadership Team. Brett served on the board's Real Estate Committee during the 2025-2026 school year.
