Lisa Omar serves as EBI’s Director of Advancement, where she leads the school’s admissions, development, and marketing and communications efforts. In this role, Lisa works closely with families, faculty, staff, and trustees to strengthen EBI’s mission through enrollment growth, community engagement, and philanthropic support.

With a deep commitment to bilingual and international education, Lisa oversees initiatives that expand EBI’s visibility and ensure long-term sustainability, including the Annual Fund, major donor stewardship, admissions outreach, and strategic marketing campaigns. She is also guiding the school’s 20th school year recognitions.

Lisa recently moved to the Bay Area and, just last year, sent her youngest child off to college. She is passionate about connecting families to EBI’s vibrant community, supporting teachers and programs, and ensuring that every student has the resources to thrive. Her leadership reflects a dedication to advancing EBI’s vision of preparing compassionate, multilingual, and globally minded learners.
